Frame: Chrome Steel in a U shape so the chairs have a bit of a rocking/bounce feel when sitting.

No rips, holes, tears, smells.
Minor /small faint stain here or there which is very easy to steam clean if desired.
Frames are structurally sound. Like anything chrome these have some thin surface scratches that are very easy to polish out….Overall these chairs ????????
